SCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL TIME
Requests for photography/videography appointments should be submitted with as much notice as possible. Please keep in mind that shoots are often scheduled back to back, and the start time selected is an estimated arrival time, but may be off by 10-15 minutes depending on location. If we will be arriving late, it is likely due to a long shoot or traffic and we will contact you.

All Diamond Package shoots start between 4:00 & 9:00 p.m. depending on the season, as photos and video are done first, followed by twilight photo. If a different time is requested for each service, re-visit fee will be charged.

TRAVEL POLICY
First 50 km of round trip from office to property is included. Travel fee of $0.75/km applies to mileage above 50 km. i.e. 65 km round trip = 15 km charged.

AT THE SHOOT
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve our interpretation of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, our interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. Clients are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo/video shoot. If a home is not photo/video-ready upon arrival, it will be considered a cancellation and charged at 1/2 price, or shot as-is. If you have a specific preference, your input is important when choosing which rooms to shoot and which rooms to avoid. Absent your input, we will use our best judgment and experience to decide how best to shoot the property and the resulting images/videos will be deemed acceptable. This includes determining subtle details such as whether lights will be on or off, blinds open or closed, etc. Additionally, every effort must be made to ensure the property is vacant for the duration of the shoot.

AFTER THE SHOOT
Delivery is via Dropbox to the email address(es) you supply. All images will meet a minimum resolution of 1500 pixels wide, usable for both internet and small print. Larger sized images can be purchased upon request. Videos will meet a minimum resolution of 1080p HD. Images are delivered within 24 hours of end of shoot. Videos are delivered within 48 hours of end of shoot.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Our schedule is determined by your shoot, and if the shoot is cancelled or changed, it throws scheduling off and causes others to miss out on those time slots. If cancellation or re-scheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee unless due to inclement weather such as w rainfall or snowfall (cloudy days are not considered inclement weather). FULLTONE/360 reserves the right to reschedule a shoot because of inclement weather. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing the shoot, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

RIGHTS AND USAGE
All images produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the specific property photographed for the duration of the contract with the seller, and for the Client’s self promotion for the duration of the contract with the seller,. The photos may also be used by the Brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with us (FULLTONE/360), and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Client may not sell or distribute images to another party if listing expires. We reserve the right to use these images for marketing and promotional materials, and to issue additional licenses to any third party for a fee. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and licensed by the photographer.

All videos produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] include a licence for Youtube, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn and MLS only, and may be used by the Client, only on the aforementioned social media platforms, for marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the specific property videographed for the duration of the contract with the seller, and for the Client’s self promotion for the duration of the contract with the seller. The videos may also be used by the Brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property videographed. Ownership of the videos remains with us, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Client may not sell or distribute videos to another party if listing expires. We reserve the right to use these videos for marketing and promotional materials, and to issue additional licenses to any third party for a fee. Any usage of the videos by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and licensed by us.

BILLING AND PAYMENT
We will supply an invoice upon delivery of images/videos with all fees detailed. Payment is accepted via electronic transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due upon of receipt of invoice.

Our Platinum & Diamond Packages are heavily discounted and we cannot replace or credit items.

We will not publish photos if there is an outstanding travel fee payment due.

A travel fee is applicable outside our service area.

NOTES
For Social Media Posts by us, properties must qualify based on our content criteria and are determined at our discretion once we have reviewed the photos.

Websites and Domain Names are licensed for the duration of the contract between the Client or Brokerage and Seller or for a maximum period of 1 year, whichever ends first.
